About Me
With 12 years at Barclays — from graduate to Chief of Staff to a board member — I led change and built high-performing teams by putting people at the heart of every transformation. My own journey through burnout and a life-changing health crisis taught me the real cost of ignoring wellbeing — and inspired me to explore alternative and complementary approaches to health and resilience.
Since leaving banking, I’ve spent over a decade as a freelance transformation leader, helping start-ups and SMEs turn around culture, operations, and technology. I’ve also studied herbalism, anatomy, and even quantum physics as it relates to health, and launched The Alchemy of Being — a wellness knowledge platform for intuitive self-discovery. it shares practical tools and resources to support people in their wellness journey.

Wellbeing Days are delivered quarterly or monthly, with coaching sessions scheduled flexibly to suit your team's availability. Most participants spend just a few hours per month in sessions, but benefit from ongoing support, resources, and practical tools they can use every day.

We work with you to define what success looks like from the start. Progress is tracked through confidential wellbeing inventories, engagement metrics, and regular feedback from participants and leaders. Is confidentiality guaranteed?

Can remote or hybrid teams participate?
Yes. While wellbeing days really do work best in-person, we can adapt group coaching and support resources for remote or hybrid teams. Our goal is to ensure every member feels included and supported, regardless of location.
